Patch Notes:

Incinerate:
Quality now provides +0-2 to maximum Stages, instead of 0-20% increased Fire Damage.
(This is a HUGE early damage increase - take it from 8 stacks to 10 stacks).

Rakesh boots have also changed so there will be a few changes to this build to achieve minimal charges. for now running legacy of fury and cold snap in the castle when damage taken setup with get around the loss of frenzy charges and power charges from the boots.

- I have done my best to cater for the worst possible even of no drops and have run this through the Acts per the live stream so this is about the best trail I can put it through at this stage
- I was able to push to T4 with basically no gear... you will need to gear this build up to progress it!
- I can only predict so much to meet expectations, onus is on the player to figure things out and balance their own builds

Q&A Response to Ralakesh (basically they still work fine):
"For most purposes, it's the same as actually having maximum charges. You'll gain the inherent stats granted by charges, anything that gives you stats per charge will behave as if you had maximum charges, and so forth. This just removes the abuse cases involving unequipping the boots and then spending the charges (though the bonuses are also no longer tied to being stationary)."

Sources of Power Spikes in early/mid tier mapping once gear becomes available:
1 Immortal Flesh - during campaign - price should be cheap (less than 5c or approx.)
2 Eye of Malice - during campaign - price should be cheap (less than 5c or approx.)

4 Ralakesh's Impatience
5 Dawnbreaker - will likely come up by the end of the furst day of league - just a good heavy shield until then will do with additional attack block and armour will do or alternatively a +1 Firell Spell Skill Gem Spirit Sheild
6 Intuitive Leap
7 Immutable Force
8 Natural Affinity
9 Watchers Eye (probably will be up by the second or third day - but not needed straight away)
10 Oriath's End - can wait for a while; expensive upgrade
