Hidden Treasures

A visit to St. James church at Draycot Cerne in Wiltshire.
I arranged to meet the keyholder there and was given a fantastic guided tour.
The best history lesson I've ever had..by far.

PLEASE NOTE:
The only foot access is via the 'pedestrian wicket gate' on the lower south entrance to the parkland on the B4069 road.
Because this wicket gate was stiff on the day of my visit I mistakenly thought it was locked.
The upper entrance via the B4122 is PRIVATE PROPERTY.
