Hey Folks, Jerome Forestwood here. This video was recorded at 4:00 pm on Saturday January 16, 2021, in the Fashion District of Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was five degrees on a partly cloudy day in the city. In this video a member of my team walks east and west through Graffiti Alley to document the current street art along the lane. At the time of this recording the province of Ontario had declared a state of emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A stay at home order had been implemented. Under these important restrictions, outdoor exercise such as walking was encouraged, shops could still provide curbside pickup and restaurants were permitted to provide take-out services.
