Cheese Shakshuka
Shakshuka is a famous middle eastern Breakfast. In shakshuka eggs are poached in the sauce made with onions and tomatoes and you can give this traditional recipe a little twist by adding cheese on the top. This dish is best served with khubz (Arabic bread)

Ingredients:
20gm Butter
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Onion (diced)
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
3 cup Tomato Puree
1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1 tsp Red chilli Powder (Laal mirch)
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder (Zeera)
Ground Black Pepper
6 Eggs
Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
Fresh Parsley
