Kerala High Court Dismisses Petition Seeking Law Against Superstition for “Default”

In October of 2022, A couple and their “agent” performed a witchcraft ritual, where they allegedly abducted, murdered and buried two women. This human sacrifice was supposed to bring them financial prosperity. This unfortunate incident has been shocking, and as a response, an atheist and rationalist organisation moved a petition in the Kerala High Court to seek laws against superstition and black magic.
