BMW N45 Camshaft Timing, includes setting the intake and exhaust cams with the locking tools at the rear of the head. Installing the intake and exhaust adjustment units, the TDC pin under the starter to lock the crankshaft, the timing chain tension device and the Cam sensor positioning tool to the front. The procedure is the same as for the N42/46 only the setting tools are different.
