Welcome to day 1 of this 21-day series of live meditations being offered from May 5-25, 2020. If it's past that time frame, all of the videos will be uploaded to Youtube.

Through this series, we'll explore practices related to mindfulness, focus, compassion, lovingkindness, and more. Each session will be 20 minutes.

These daily meditations are not only an opportunity to start your day with clarity, groundedness, structure, and intention, but they also serve as a space to process and release the accumulated stress of the previous day.

If you've been looking to start a meditation practice, this is your chance! If you've been looking for a community to practice with, this is also your chance.

People practice meditation for different reasons:
-Self-care
-Improve focus
-Reduce stress
-Find inner peace
-Process trauma
-Longevity
-Mental fitness
-Connect with God

All of these are great reasons to give meditation a shot, and you never know where it will take you. Heck, I started meditating to impress a girl, and a year later I was living as a monk with a shaved head.

(Don't worry, that won't happen to you; I'm weird.)

At the end of the day, a meditation practice helps us find clarity within the noisiness of life, and it develops our mind and heart in such a way that we become better humans for our work, our family, our communities, and our world.
