A simple and easy cow cake great especially if you're just a beginner! 🐮🌼

The cake shown is an 8" but could also work well with any size cake
In this video I've used buttercream but fresh/whipped cream could also work fine.
Piping tips used are Wilton #233 and #81. For the leaves you could use a #352 or just cut up a 'V' on the tip of your piping bag.
For the black buttercream here's a tip... add a little cocoa powder into your frosting and then add the black colour. Always let it sit for a little while after mixing as the colour gradually takes a few mins to change.
For the horns I've coloured them a very light brown.
Colour used are sugar flair gel colours

Please note: Baby's breath (Gypsophila) are not highly toxic yet they can cause allergic reaction to some people. If making it for a client please consult them before you add them on.
