The first time you sign in, use your Rep Id as your username and enter password to sign in.
You'll also need to agree to the terms and conditions and sign your name.


Click your name then change settings and verify that the following is correct: your shipping address,
your email address (verify your email by clicking link in email that TLC sends you) check your
binary placement preference, payment methods. Under notifications, verify email address is correct
and click subscribe button. Total Life Changes will send you an email. Click the link in this
email to verify. You'll see a success message on the next screen. Upload a picture of yourself under
the "Avatar" tab to personalize your website.

Go to Smartship and verify the product(s) and smartship date are correct.

The new backoffice makes ordering brain-dead simple. Our last back office was so confusing, I had
to make a tutorial to show customers how to order LOL. This one includes full product descriptions
which is a HUGE upgrade.
