I woke up to a facebook post about a repair shop who left a teenage girl's wheel loose.

Luckily, her dad was driving and was going fairly slow.

I know EVERY repair shop has had such an incident, mine included.

I'll never forget how long it took me to stop shaking, it scared me half-to-death 😬

It was at that point that our business model made another shift, one away from the pack and to a client that wanted a different experience.

Now, to be clear, we still make mistakes and some of them slip past even a QC process.

And wildly intermittent issues still have to come back from time to time.

But the number of those instances? Its greatly reduced with this process.

At the end of the day, build a system around the type of business you want to run....

But might I encourage you to retorque the wheels before it leaves?
