Masdar City Square is a cluster of seven commercial buildings with a gross floor area of 50,000 square meters. The development has been designed holistically, to encourage a sense of community and common purpose.

All seven buildings, including the HQ building, are on track to be rated LEED Platinum, WELL Gold, and Estidama 4-Pearls. The focal point is the net-zero energy corporate HQ building, the first of its kind in Abu Dhabi.
