Weight loss isn't just about what you do, but it's how you think. So, doing the right things is good, like counting calories for a season...but they can't be the thing you rely on for long term success. Long term LASTING weight loss is only achieved when you get to the root of why you do what you do and then changing inside and out. It's about becoming someone who does healthy things and makes choices. To lose weight, it's important to address the emotional baggage too. It works! I've done it! It's slow, but it does.





Hey guys! Today I am sharing how I ate on the first week on Trim Healthy Mama and my AMAZING results with the drive-thru sue menu. They honestly don't advocate for following pre-set meal plans and eating only what you're told, but for the sake of newbies who need to get the hang of it, they created one for each persona...(I'm drive thru sue obviously)..and only for 7 days just to give you an idea. SO...I decided to follow it to the T for experiment's sake and to see how this "food freedom" way of eating worked and WOW did it work! I am thrilled!

I ate ALL the things...chocolate, no-bake cookies, cake, muffins, eggs, butter, cheese, frappes, hot cocoa, creamy chicken, chili and so much more. It was amazing. I was expecting a little weight loss, but the extreme amount I lost wasn't. I do have to say, the THM book did warn that you may lose up to 10 pounds quickly because of water weight and the high glucose levels leveling out. After that, it's 1-2 pounds a week. I am certain this is what happened to me. Quick weight loss is not good long term nor is it sustainable. I was shocked...but happy!
