Let’s Play The Outer Worlds – Passion Pills Side Quest video by the 6HourGods. We finally head back to Monarch and attempt to recruit Nyoka, a hunter who was hired by Phineas Welles to be our guide. Unfortunately, Nyoka has a terrible drinking problem and needs “medicine” to help her get over a raging hangover. We head over to the pharmacy, but it turns out the hunter has already reached her limit of caffeine pills. That means our crew will have to resort to nefarious means of procuring the medicine.
