How to install steam on Winlator 7.1.3 Glibc CMOD v11r2 | *Currently not very stable*

🪁Performance: Very laggy but otherwise working.
📌Notes: Steam is VERY hit or miss. NOT stable. It will crash a lot of times before it becomes stable enough for me to run a game. Window would dissappear and come back up on it's own multiple times. Only god for testing low end games.
