How to upgrade a Ford transit MK8 customer connection point. Using the official Ford Transit European upgrade kit. Additionally, this video shows how to remove the driver's seat/chair & battery location and removal.

The customer connection point is used for auxiliary items in my case I use it for a Victron battery to battery charger

Some models of Ford Transit will come with a single 60 amp fuse to post on their customer connection point this can be upgraded to 3 posts.
