This Olympia Looping roller coaster POV was recorded for the upcoming Legacy Of Schwarzkopf documentary, which is intended to premiere later this year.

From the roller coaster's website:

Safety first! The Olympia looping is equipped with full automatic brakes operating even in case of power failure! The blocking system has double security measures and an "occupied/release" switch simultaneously controlling both elevators.

Waiting sections: The Olympia looping is equipped with four waiting sections providing maximum security. The train passes the reduction brake at 48 km/hour before finally coming to a stop at the station.

Fast as lightning! The maximum speed is 100 km/h and is electrically controlled by two elevators.

Passengers: Each train can carry 20 to 28

Get yourself loaded! The maximum G-load is 5.2 for the vertical and +/- 0.5 for the horizontal level (G = multiplied by your own weight).

Development & Construction: Idea by Rudolf Barth sen., planned from 1983 to 1985, built from 1985 to 1988, world premiere at the 1989 Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany.

Height, Size & Weight: Runway height 32.5 m, overall height 38.5 m, ground area 86.5 m x 38.5 m, weight 900t, rail length 1250 m, electricity: 200kW light and 350 kW power.

Setup & Transportation: The setup and dismantling time is about one week with 10 workers. Transportation with company owned trucks or by train with 50 waggons and 20 intermodal containers.

Accompanying vehicles & containers: 2x caravans (13.4 m x 2.8 m), 2x staff containers (13.5 m x 2.8 m), 1x staff carrier (13.8 m x 2.8 m), 1x crane 200t (14 m x 3 m), 2x forklifts 6t (5 m x 2 m).
