Locating Duct Blockages

Our topic for this presentation is the step by step procedures on how to locate a telecom
duct blockages. Duct clearance is necessary before fibre cable pulling or blowing.
We will know duct blockages location by the use of duct rodder. This conventional method
is called rodding. We can also determine through rodding the actual point or how much distance
is duct blockage from the manhole or hand hole. All work including excavation and reinstatement can be necessary to clear blockages and existing ducts prior to cable pulling or cable blowing.
