Ingredient for yakhni:
2 green cardamon
4 cloves
3-4 cinnamon sticks
1 black cardamom
4 bay leaves
1 tbsp fennel seeds
3 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin
1/2 kg chicken
1 medium sized onion
5-6 garlic bud
3 green chillies
1 tsp salt
2 litre water
1/2 cup yougurt
3 cup basmati rice
