RECIPES
1. Basic Chia Pudding:
2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp maple syrup.Mix, stir within 5 minutes, refrigerate for 15-30 minutes or overnight if you wish. Top with blueberries, strawberries, and mint.
2. Tropical Mango Coconut:
2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tsp maple syrup.Mix, stir within 5 minutes, refrigerate for 15-30 minutes or overnight if you wish. Add 1/4 cup mashed mango to the mix, refrigerate, and top with coconut yogurt, mango chunks, and shredded coconut and mashed mago if you like to create some layers.
3. Matcha Chia Pudding:
2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 to 1 tsp matcha powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup.Mix matcha with a bit of milk to avoid clumps, then combine the rest of the ingredients. If you find it too runny you can add a little more chia seeds. Mix, stir within 5 minutes, refrigerate for 15-30 minutes or overnight if you wish. Top with strawberries, orange slices, and quinoa puffs if you wish. If you don't like your matcha strong, use only 1/2 tsp Matcha powder.
4. Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding:
2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp pumpkin puree, 1 tsp pumpkin spice, 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla.Mix, stir within 5 minutes, refrigerate for 15-30 minutes or overnight if you wish. Layer with coconut yogurt, top with pecans, cacao nibs, and cinnamon stick for decoration.
5. Chocolate Raspberry Chia Pudding:
2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp maple syrup.Mix, stir within 5 minutes, refrigerate for 15-30 minutes or overnight if you wish. If you find it too runny you can add a little more chia seeds. Layer with smashed raspberries, yogurt, and top with fresh raspberries and chocolate chunks.
