In this video, we start off with a brief discussion of the fundamental concepts of trim in scuba diving and then progress to the use of logbooks and weight configuration diagrams for technical divers. We discuss at an elementary level what to do if you have positive or negative trim. The video then discusses the almost never considered concept of changes in trim during the dive. This is particularly important for technical divers. The more tanks you use on a dive, the more important trim compensation becomes.
