Banana Chocolate Cake Recipe | Easy Eggless Healthy Whole Wheat Cake | Best Use of Overripe Bananas

Ingredients:

Wet Ingredients:
Bananas / Kele – 3
Jaggery Powder / Gud Powder – ¾ cup
Butter / Makhan – 4 tbsp (Melted)
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp

Dry Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour / Atta – 2 cups
Cocoa Powder – ½ cup
Baking Powder – 1 tbsp
Baking Soda – ½ tbsp
Cinnamon Powder / Dalchini Powder – ½ tsp
Coffee Powder – 1 tsp

Warm Milk / Halka Garam Doodh – 200 ml
Chopped Nuts of choice – 1 bowl

Use “Cut & Fold” method to mix the wet and dry ingredients while adding warm milk to make a smooth batter. Do not overmix
Pre-heat oven at 180 Deg for 10 mins
Grease baking dish with 1 tbsp butter / oil and line with butter paper (or dust with atta or maida)
Pour batter in baking dish and lightly tap to remove any air bubbles. Sprinkle chopped nuts & chocolate chips for crunch
Bake in oven at 180 Deg for 45 mins
Let the cake cool down completely to room temperature before de-moulding.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
