Sri Madhu Pandit Dasa, President of ISKCON Bangalore, has extended a peace offer to the ISKCON’s International GBC (Governing Body Commission) and ISKCON Mumbai, despite the recent landmark victory in the Supreme Court affirming that the temple property in Bengaluru belongs to the ISKCON Bangalore society.

The GBC of the ISKCON Bangalore group of temples is now offering, for a period of 30 days, to come under the umbrella of the International GBC—on the one and only condition that the ritvik system of initiation, as instituted by Srila Prabhupada in his directive dated July 9, 1977 is accepted and followed in these temples.

Even during its legal battle with ISKCON Mumbai, ISKCON Bangalore had proposed a peace offer which was not accepted. This is ISKCON Bangalore’s last attempt to have an all-inclusive ISKCON as Srila Prabhupada's movement is the only hope for bringing peace and happiness in this world.

This proposal is a gesture of goodwill and unity, aimed at reconciling differences while upholding the spiritual directives of Srila Prabhupada.
