How to make rustic wooden log candle holder

Learn how to easily make rustic candle and tealight holders out of wooden branches, perfect for Christmas.
Cut your tree branches or wooden logs to size using a saw and secure vice. Using a spade drill bit, drill down to the correct depth.
Finish your candle holder with fire retardant varnish.

The steps are:
1. Got the following tools ready: varnish, brush, spade drill bit, saw, drill and tealight candles.
2. Cut your wood to length.
3. Drill a hole deep enough for your candles.
4. Varnish the top of your wood and leave to dry for 30 minutes.

WARNING
Beware of open flames and never leave the candles unattended.
