Clouds stream in from the horizon, hiding the sun until it bursts out beneath them to paint the bottoms of the lower clouds red. The horizon still glows after sunset. In just about a week, the sunset point will be halfway to the southern most point as we hit the Autumnal Equinox.The next day or so will see
it disappear behind Flat Rock Point.
