With a population of over 12 million, it is the capital of Shaanshi province and the 3rd largest city in western China. You can feel the rich culture and history all around and see how this ancient capital has thrived and grown in recent years with new modern buildings and metros seamlessly woven into the fabric of ancient city fortifications and temples. Witnessing the rise and fall of dynasties and civilizations, this is a place to explore our past and our future.

My story so far........
Bouncing around North America and Asia, I've never lived anywhere too long. I found my calling as a teacher and ended up staying in Korea and China for many years. While I've had the chance to explore Europe, places I consider home are Washington DC, Seoul, Beijing, Memphis, and Columbus. After 20 years of exploring, I'm ready to share my adventures and wanderlust. The road ahead is never a straight line, but a path that zigs and zags, leading you to amazing places, people, and experiences you could never imagine.
