Keep My Daughter's Killer in Prison 'I Don't Think He Should Ever Be Released'

Steven Ling stabbed Joanne Tulip 60 times while he was raping her and has now been cleared to be freed by the parole board. Joanne's mother, Doreen, says that Ling is still dangerous and that she is appalled and disgusted by the Parole Board's decision. She is urging the government to intervene and stop his release.
