One of the healthiest things you can do for you and your growing baby is to exercise and keep your circulation flowing. As you progress into third trimester, low impact exercises will probably feel the most comfortable to you, but pumping iron isn't the only way to get it done! Some of my favorite workouts involve indoor cycling, jogging, walking, yoga, barre, and body weight resistance training.

Half the battle of staying fit is getting to the gym. Especially while pregnant, energy is a precious commodity, so save yourself the time and effort by working out at home! I'm sharing with you the cardiovascular and resistance training techniques that have helped me to stay active throughout my vegan pregnancy, as well as simple stretching and recovery methods, as well!
