Biryani Masala Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of coriander seeds
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
2 teaspoons of caraway seeds
2 tablespoons of green cardamom
5-6 black cardamom pods
3 inches of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of black peppercorns
7-8 spicy red chillies
7-8 bay leaves
2 teaspoons of cloves
3 pieces of mace
1 tablespoon of Kasuri methi
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 grated nutmeg
2 tbsp of Dried Rose Petals
A large pinch of salt

Birista Ingredients:
750 grams of onions

Marination & Cooking Ingredients:
250 grams of curd
3 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
Green chili paste from 3-4 chilies
2 tablespoons of biryani masala
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 tablespoons of Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of spicy red chilli powder
1 tablespoon of coriander powder
Salt to taste
3-4 tablespoons of birista oil
A large handful of fresh coriander (chopped)
A large handful of mint (chopped)

Veggies:
1/2 cauliflower
1.5 carrots
1/3 cup of French beans
2 potatoes
1/3 cup of green peas
80% birista
Live charcoal
Ghee
2-3 tablespoons of birista oil
Salt if required
Fresh coriander
Mint
Birista

Rice Ingredients:
1/2 kg of basmati rice
Whole spices: 2 bay leaves, 3-4 cloves, 3-4 green cardamom pods, 1-star anise, 3-4 black peppercorns, 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds, 1/2-inch cinnamon, 2 slit green chillies, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt as required (should taste like seawater)

Final Layering & Dum:
Fresh coriander
Mint
Birista
Milk & saffron
2-3 tablespoons of melted ghee
