Ingredients for Mooli Paratha:
To Make Dough for Mooli Ka Paratha:
All-Purpose Flour 2 Cups
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup/as needed

To Make Filling for Mooli Ka Paratha:
Grated Mooli/Daikon/Radish - 2
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ground coriander - 1/2 tsp
Green onion fine chopped - 1 tbsp
Green Chilies chopped - 2
Fresh Cilantro - 2 tbsps
Salt - 1/4 tsp

Method for Stuffed Mooli ka Paratha Recipe:
Grate 2 mooli or radish in a bowl
Now, add ¼ tsp salt and mix well
Add, 2 cups all-purpose flour, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, and water 1 cup or as needed
Mix well
Knead for 5 minutes to make a firm dough
Cover the bowl and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Let it rest
Now take the mooli and squeeze it to eliminate all water
Add ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp grounded coriander, ½ tsp chili powder, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion, 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, and ¼ tsp salt.
Mix well

For the first method:
Sprinkle some flour on a clean surface.
Make two even small size balls of flour. Now roll them on the rolling pin
On one of the rolled rotis, add 2 tbsp of mooli mix
Then, cover it with another rolled roti
Press gently on all corners and seal
Use a rolling pin to gently roll
Grease the tawa with oil and heat on low flame
Place the mooli ka paratha on it
Apply ghee on the top
Fry on both sides until it goes golden brown

For the second method:
Make a medium-sized ball of dough
Roll it on a clean surface using a rolling pin
Add 1 tbsp of mooli mix and stuff it
Gently bring all sides together to seal
Now, gently roll to make a paratha
Place it on a greased tawa
Apply ghee on each side
Fry consistently on both sides until it turns golden

Your lip-smacking mooli ka paratha is ready!

Ingredients for Aloo Paratha Rolls Recipe:
Egg - 1
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Milk - 2 cups
Oil - 1 tbsp
Wholewheat flour/Atta - 1 cup
Fresh cilantro Chopped - 2 tbsp
Green chilis Chopped - 2
Grated Garlic - 1 tsp
Spring onion/regular onions chopped - 1/4 cup
Boiled & grated potatoes Medium size - 1


Stuffed Aluu Paratha Recipe:
In a blender, take 2 cups milk, 1 tbsp oil, 1 egg, 1 medium-size boiled and grated potato, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, and 1 cup whole wheat flour.
Blend to a smooth consistency
Then, take the mixture in a bowl
Add ½ tsp red chili flakes, 2 chopped green chilis, ¼ cup chopped spring onion or regular onion, and 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro.
Mix well
Now, oil pan on medium-low heat
Drizzle 1/3 cup batter in the middle of the pan
Spread it using a spoon
Cook until edges look dry
Apply some oil and flip on the other side
Apply more oil if needed
Fry until both sides are equally heated and becomes crunchy

Your crispy Aloo Paratha is ready to be served!

Ingredients for Egg Paratha Recipe:
Ingredients for 1 Minute Egg/ Anda Paratha
Egg – 1
Salt – ¼ tsp/ adjust to taste
Milk – 1 cup + 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Al-Purpose Flour/ Maida – ½ cup
Whole Wheat Flour/ Atta – ½ cup

1 Minute Egg/Anda Paratha Recipe:
In a bowl, take 1 egg and whisk well
Add ¼ tsp salt (or as per taste), 1 tbsp oil, 1 cup of milk
Mix well
Now, add ½ cup all-purpose flour/Maida slowly and keep whisking.
Add ½ whole wheat flour/atta. Add slowly and keep stirring
Mix well
Heat oil in a pan on medium-low flame
Pour a scoopful of the mix in the center of the pan
Adjust the batter by slowly moving the pan around
Cook until edges look dry
Apply some oil and flip
Apply more oil if needed
Cook on medium heat until both sides are evenly cooked and crispy

Your crispy Egg/Anda Paratha is ready!
