Fall 2020: A Day in the Life of a Groton Student, Tyler '22 and Jack '22

"Hi there! If you did not already know, I am Tyler. Throughout the past few years, I have enjoyed giving tours of our school, but due to COVID-19, all tours had to be canceled or made virtual. I felt that these virtual tours simply did not show enough of our school, so I turned to make this film. I knew I could not complete this entire project alone, so I turned to my friend, Jack, who happened to be a remote student this semester. I did the filming, while he did the editing. I think this group project turned out to be a huge success and despite only communicating via the internet, our cooperation was truly on point.


A large aspect of this film is showing how the academic year has changed due to COVID-19, and I hope this film has properly encapsulated that. I hope you enjoy the video!


I also want to give a massive shout out to all the faculty and staff of Groton School who have made this fall semester possible. I am extremely grateful for their effort in making this happen.
