Ingredients:
Momo Wrappers
Minced Vegetables/Chicken (as per your preference)
Onion (finely chopped)
Garlic (minced)
Ginger (minced)
Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Water (for sealing)
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix minced vegetables or chicken with chopped onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the filling is well combined.
Fill the Momos: Take a momo wrapper, add a spoonful of the filling in the center, and fold the edges to seal. Ensure the momos are tightly sealed to avoid any opening while frying.
Fry the Momos: Heat oil in a deep pan. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the momos and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve: Enjoy the fried momos hot with your favorite dipping sauce – spicy chutney or sweet chili sauce.
