Wiggle Text Effect | Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2023/2024 Tutorial [NO PLUGIN]

Last week I made the Text wiggle effect in After effects, so this time I made it in Premiere Pro. The wiggle text effect was made popular by the YouTuber Sam Kolder. We where able to achieve this animation by combining only one effect in Premiere.
