Shadowlands Beta: Subtlety Rogue Changes #1(All Currently Known Spec/Class Changes for Subtlety)

This took a little more time to research, but today I have a current list of all of the changes made so far to Subtlety Rogue in Shadowlands here for you to see! Subtlety is looking VERY promising already, and I can't wait to see what spec specific legendaries/conduits they will get in the future! There are a couple bugs/quirks right now with it, but the general playstyle feels very rewarding for planning out your burst windows.
