Have you ever wondered what would happened if Counter-Strike and Battlefield combined into one?
The answer to that is SCAVENGER!
The Experimental Battlefield 3: Aftermath DLC Gamemode!

Scavenger it's a Great and Forgotten, Fast-Paced, Infantry-Only Gamemode from the Battlefield 3: Aftermath DLC.
Inspired by the fy_snow & fy_pool_day maps from Counter Strike 1.6, it will definitely remind you of the G'old (Good-old) Days.
Just like in the Gold Days, you spawn with nothing but a pistol, and the rest of the weapons are spread across the map, in different spawning locations.
You pick whatever it's closest to you, fight, then look for the next upgrade.
The weapons are tiered, with the highest tier, Tier III, being the best!
This Gamemode, on this Map (Azadi Palace), is true Nostalgia!
