How to Get Any Shiny Pokemon in Pokemon Emerald (il)Legally || 3rd Gen PKHeX Tutorial

Greetings people who want shiny Pokemon but also don't have countless hours to grind hunting them or to master pressing buttons in a 1/60th of a second interval.

In this video I will be giving a tutorial on how to generate legal shiny Pokemon in Pokemon Emerald using
