Here's one of my typical Leg Days if you want to try the workout for yourself...

1. Heel Elevated Squats: 3 Sets x 6-8 Reps
2. Hack Squats: 3 Sets x 8-10 Reps
3. Single Leg Leg Press: 3 Sets x 12-15 Reps
4. Leg Extension: 3 Sets x 15 Reps (+Partials)
5. Cable Sissy Squats: 3 Sets x 8-15 Reps
