We honor the life and legacy of Haley Okula, an incredible emergency room nurse, content creator, and soon-to-be mom who tragically passed away after giving birth to her son. Haley, known online as Nurse Haley under the Handle RNNewGrads, was a mentor to thousands of aspiring nurses and used her platform to guide new grads, share job tips, and open up about her personal journey through infertility and IVF. Tragically, Haley suffered an amniotic fluid embolism, a rare and catastrophic complication, and passed away shortly after delivering her son. We celebrate Haley's life, her impact on the nursing community, and the legacy of compassion and courage she leaves behind.
