cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
asafoetida-a pinch
green beans-225 gm
carrot-1
onion-1/2 of a small onion
chilli powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
coriander leaves
oil-2-3 tbsp
salt

TO GRIND

tomato-3 big
green chilli- 1-2
coconut grated- 1/2 cup
peanut - 1/4 cup
