Peter Allen "I Honestly Love You" on The Don Lane Show 1977

I got something to tell you that I never thought I would but I believe you really ought to know and that is...I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!! For some reason, it's difficult to find a video of Peter Allen performing one of his most famous songs in its entirety so I wanted to share this one from The Don Lane Show in 1977. This clip is simply beautiful inside and out - so full of simplicity, feeling, and quiet magnitude. I hope you enjoy this performance as much as I do:)

This is only my opinion, but I believe his version is better than all the rest who have covered this song. Maybe it has something to do with the songwriter knowing how a song should sound.
