Recipe:
Oat Milk: 1 cup of oats, 4 cups of water, 3 dates, pinch of salt, tbs maple syrup (2 tbs oil if you’re frothing it)

Pistachio Milk: 1 cup of pistachios, 4 cups of water, 3 dates, pinch of salt, tbsp maple syrup, tsp dehydrated rose petals

Almond Milk: 1 cup of almonds, 4 cups of water, 3 dates, pinch of salt, tbs maple syrup (2 tbs oil if you’re frothing it)
