Bitter Gourd Curry

Ingredients
Bitter gourd – 150 grams (Approx.)
Shallots – Approx. 100 grams
Tomato – 1
Garlic cloves – 10 to 15
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Cumin – ¼ teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1½ teaspoon
Sambar powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
Curry leaves
Oil – 3 tbl spoon
Salt
Small piece of jaggery
