High-End Cassette Deck Mega battle - VOTE BELOW! 4K

In this video I compare the sound of the 3 high-end cassette decks:
Nakamichi 680zx
Akai A&D GX-Z9100
Sony TC-KA5ES (Upgraded)

The recording has been made on Sony Metal XR cassettes.
Each deck was recording and playing its cassette.

My personal preference is with Sony and Nakamichi, however independent listening of a couple of my friends voted for Akai as the deck with the sound closest to the original. That Akai deck was designed to avoid usage of a path thru electrolytic capacitors and using DC-Servo amplifier which corrects zero-point thru the negative loop. Therefore it produces the lightest sound. However, I prefer how well Nakamichi can easily record any tape. Even with very tough drums. Try to record Cadence Springs to understand what I mean.

Waiting for your comments. Please use good headphones. I was not able to hear the difference via the speakers of my iMac. Only good headphones could reproduce the smallest difference in the sound.
