Even if you think Total Party Kills (TPKs) are unavoidable in tabletop roleplaying games such as D&D and Pathfinder and Savage Worlds and that new-fangled game that's coming out in response to the OGL debacle orchestrated by the kind, wonderful executives at Hasbro and WOTC -- you're kind of right. HOWEVER, if you follow these 5 ESSENTIAL LAWS, you'll be able to avoid a TPK, avert disaster, and keep playing your favorite RPG for decades to come. Unless 6 months from now WOTC reverses the course (again) and tries to de-authorize the OGL (again). But we're not talking about KILLING THE HOBBY today, we're talking about total party kills, fellow game masters and players. Please stop distracting me with doom and gloom!
