Making the Jackal Head Cage from 13 Ghosts

With Halloween fast approaching I wanted to make something a little creepy. A perfect edition to anyone planning on wearing a straight jacket or taking part in a haunted house. In this build I show you how to make the head cage worn by the Jackal in the 2001 movie 13 Ghosts. I used 10 mm EVA, 24 mm EVA dowels, fake plastic shackles, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, spray paint, Modern Masters Rust Metal Effects and some wax/acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools:heat gun, a Dremel with various bits, and xacto knife or box cutter.
