Matar Keema Recipe | Dhaba Style Matar Keema | Matar Keema Masala

Ingredients & Recipe

-1/2 Kg Mutton Mince
-250 gram Peas (boiled)
-1/2 Cup Oil
-2 Medium Onions
-2 TBSP Ginger/Garlic Paste
-1 Tomato Sliced
-3-4 TBSP Yogurt
-6-7 Green Chillies
-1 Bay Leaf
-2 Black Cardamom
-10-12 Black Pepper Corns
-4-5 Cloves
-2 Cinnamon Stick
-1-1/2 TSP Coriander Crushed
-1 TSP Red Chili
-Salt to taste
-1 TSP Garam Masala
-1/4 TSP Turmeric Powder
-1/4 TSP Chili Flakes
-Fresh Coriander

In a pan add 1/2 cup oil, 1 Bay Leaf, 2 Black Cardamom, 10-12 Black Pepper Corns, 4-5 Cloves, 2 Cinnamon Stick & 2 medium onions sliced. Cook onions until light brown. Then add 2 TBSP ginger/garlic paste and 1 tomato sliced. Add some water and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then add -1-1/2 TSP Coriander Crushed, 1 TSP Red Chili, Salt to taste, 1 TSP Garam Masala, 1/4 TSP Turmeric Powder, 1/4 TSP Chili Flakes and cook spices for 4-5 minutes.

Then add 1/2 kg mutton mince and will cook with masala for 10 minutes in total. During video we cooked for 5 minutes and then asked you to cook for another 5 minutes (so in total 10 minutes). Then we will add 3 tbsp yogurt and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Now add 250 gram peas and some water and cook for 5-7 minutes. After this we will add some fresh coriander and green chillies at the end and will cook keema on low heat for 5 minutes.

Keema is now ready to be served!
