A guide on how to set up an Overpowered Stealth Archer Build on Legendary Difficulty. Played on the new Skyrim Anniversary Edition, no mods were installed during the playthrough and the build was played entirely on Legendary Difficulty.

Ebony Helmet - Fortify Destruction + Fortify Archery
Ebony Armor - Fortify Destruction + Fortify Illusion
Ebony Gauntlets - Fortify Archery + Fortify Sneak
Ebony Boots - Fortify Sneak + Fortify Stamina
Necklace - Fortify Destruction + Fortify Archery
Ring - Fortify Archery + Fortify Illusion
Ebony Bow - Chaos Damage + Fire Damage

I put Illusion on the mid game gear with the intention to use Illusion spells but I didn't need them. I would recommend replacing with Enchantments that boost either stamina or health for the mid game gear.

Nightingale Hood - Fortify Illusion
Ebony Plate Armor - Fortify Health + Fortify Stamina
Ebony Plate Gauntlets - Fortify Pickpocket + Fortify Archery
Ebony Plate Boots - Fortify Sneak + Fortify Stamina Regen
Silver Necklace - Fortify Archery + Fortify Health Regen
Silver Ring - Fortify Archery + Fortify Magic Resistance
Bow of Shadows
