A couple weeks back, we had the pleasure of visiting Utah's 2020 Distillery of the Year, Clear Water Distilling! Located in Pleasant Grove, CW produces handcrafted, premium spirits inspired by notable historic figures. Each bottle has its unique story and differences, making this one of the most intriguing visits we've been on.

Sitting in the corner of the distillery was a barrel of 8-year bourbon that hadn't been touched... until Johnny Drinks arrived. Wait 'till you see the joy on our faces when we got to crack this baby open and taste what was inside!
