AMD Radeon R9 270X vs 2021 | Tales from the Scalper Pandemic

AMD's Radeon R9 270X is 8 years old, and is based on the same architecture as the outgoing 8th generation consoles. In this video, I take a look at how well this £40 / $50 2GB graphics card can perform in 2021.

ADDENDUM: I completely forgot to say this in the video, but I did run Time Spy just to keep track of performance across all the budget GPUs I'm going to be testing this year; the GPU scored 1777, the CPU 4743 and the system overall scored 1960.
