DIY Easter Bath Bombs

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 1 cup baking soda
• 1/2 cup citric acid
• 1/2 cup corn starch
• 1/4 cup epsom salt
• 1 tablespoon carrier oil (jojoba oil, coconut oil, etc.)
• 5-10 drops of your choice of essential oils (using more as needed)
• Food coloring or Mica powder
• Spray bottle with water
• Plastic Easter eggs

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲:
Start by adding the baking soda, citric acid, corn starch, and epsom salt to a bowl and mix. Drizzle the carrier oil over the mix and then add your choice of Essential Oils. These bath bombs we used have peppermint and lavender oils for a relaxing and refreshing smell! Use a spray bottle to mist the mixture as you stir to combine. Continue mixing until it becomes a consistency to where you can grab a ball in your hand and it hold shape.

Divide the mixture into separate bowls to add food coloring to make different colors. Take your plastic Easter egg and place the mixture into each half of the egg being sure to press down to it pack it tight. Close up the Easter egg and let it sit for several hours up to overnight so that it can dry fully.

Gentle twist off the shells of the Easter egg to reveal your bath bomb! Pop one in the bath and enjoy the fizzy or gift some in an Easter basket! ✨
