A call center is a business where the employees mainly handle incoming or outgoing telephone calls. Typical services with outgoing calls are advertising campaigns, market research, and selling products by telephone. The typical job functions in both inbound and outbound calling center will be similar. You will be doing either customer support, sales or debt collections. Call center is one of the high-income industry where you can have a decent salary and career growth.
